Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Dealeo ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, buying a deal, or redeeming a voucher, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Dealeo.

Dealeo is a marketplace. We sell digital vouchers that you redeem at participating Las Vegas venues. The venue provides the product or service. We do not operate the venues and are not responsible for their goods, services, hours, or availability.

You must be at least 21 years old to buy a deal. Many deals include alcohol or admission to 21+ venues. You confirm your age at checkout, and venues may ask for valid government ID at redemption. A voucher cannot be refunded because you were refused entry for lacking ID.

Prices are shown in US dollars. A processing fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Online payments are handled by Stripe. Purchases made in person from a Dealeo sales representative are handled by Square. We never store your full card number.

Your order is complete when payment is confirmed. Your voucher is then emailed to you and available under My Orders in your account. Some deals have a limited quantity and may sell out while you are checking out.

Each voucher has a unique code and a set number of uses per venue, shown on the voucher. Once a use is redeemed at a venue it cannot be reversed. Vouchers may expire; the expiry date is shown on the deal page and on the voucher. Expired vouchers have no value.

Vouchers are for personal use. Do not resell, copy, or share voucher codes. We may cancel vouchers that are obtained or used fraudulently, without refund. Venue offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless the deal says otherwise.

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the few exceptions, such as a venue that permanently closes before you can redeem.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to exploit pricing, or violate these terms.

If you list deals on Dealeo as a venue, you agree to honor every valid voucher for your deal on the stated terms until it expires. Additional partner terms may apply to your partnership agreement.

To the extent allowed by law, Dealeo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a venue's goods or services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the deal in question.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
